Who we are
Micromosaic Ltd, registered in england and wales, company number 17451482. We are the data controller for information collected through this site.
What we collect
Only what you enter into our enquiry form: your name, email address, optionally your company, and your message. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and this site sets no cookies.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us, and we need your details to respond.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted two years after the last exchange, unless they became part of a customer relationship with its own retention terms.
Your rights
You may request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it. Write to privacy@micromosaic.io and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
